The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, Refund Policy and any or all Agreements: “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to our Company. 

Privacy Statement

We respect your right to privacy. We do not share any information you provide us with anybody. This includes your Name, address, telephone number and email address. None of this information will be given out in any form unless required by 
law.

We are committed to protecting all customers' privacy. We use the minimum information we collect about a person to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. All services will adhere to the standards as described. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy. What information is collected? How do we use it?

  • No personal information is kept when you visit our sites.
  • When you order through our secured site, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date.
  • This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases.
  • We do not use your email, unless there is a need to notify you about important functionality changes to the site or products offers. 
  • We do not give or sell your information to others.

What about "cookies"? 
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable us to provide features such as Add To Cart shopping and to store items in your shopping cart. This cookie is accessible to the store you visit.

Credits

Unless otherwise indicated on the face of the invoice, all prices are quoted on a per pound basis. Buyer is responsible for any tax or government charges imposed upon the sale or transfer of the Product. Buyer shall not have any right to set off any amounts due hereunder against any amounts which may become payable to Seller under any other agreement.

  • How can I pay for my order?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards for your convenience. We also accept payments through PayPal, Venmo, or the CashApp.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes, you can! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Each order starts production 24 hours after your order is placed. Within 72 hours of you placing your order, you will receive an expected delivery date. When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.

Return Policy

We will do our best to accommodate you.  But we hope you understand that, due to the nature of our business most of all sales are final. If the item is flawed because of our mistake, Doom Wear will attempt to correct or replace items that have been sent incorrectly, misspelled, or have other damages to the items. The discretion as to whose fault the mistake was is left to Doom Wear and the staff will keep in mind that these are special-order, customized items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail.

**Please note there are no returns or exchanges on custom embroidered merchandise.

If the staff decides to accept the return, the customer must meet these specifications:

·         Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.

·         Returned items must not be worn, washed or mistreated and must be returned in original packaging or equivalent. The product(s) must be returned in new, resalable condition.

·         You must include all packaging materials.

·         Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.

·         You must pay any return shipping expense. (Possibly Reimbursed)

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, we will replace the item(s) or issue credit to your charge account. You may elect to receive store credit towards another purchase. Once again, determination of condition, customized and/or special order, sale items, and the return process will be decided by Doom Wear Designs.

Changes or Cancellations

We will be happy to make any necessary minor changes to your order or layout design until you are satisfied. Requests for changes must be received within 24 hrs after the order has been placed or you can email or contact us to see if the work has begun.  You will be responsible to pay any price difference resulting from the changes.

If you have simply changed your mind, however, and want to cancel your order after the proofing stage (not due to any fault on our part), we will issue you a store credit. Custom manufactured items such as sweaters and letterman jackets cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
