Do you design paraphernalia for other greek lettered organizations?

Absolutely!  We can do just about any product you see on our website for your fraternity or sorority.  You can use the "Customize" feature to specify the greek-lettered organization for which you or someone else belongs to.  We will be adding items to our site for other organizations very soon.  In the meantime, you can search our website catalog for your organizations paraphernalia.


Do you provide services for non-greeks (e.g. companies, clubs, team, churches)?

Absolutely!  We provide services to corporations, schools, teams, churches, fashion designers, organizations, fraternities, sororities, clubs, individuals, movie studios, musicians, motorcycle clubs, sporting goods team dealers… (the list goes on…).  Whatever group you belong to, Doom Wear Designs can meet your needs.  Email us for samples.


Do you give group or team discounts?

Yes! We offer discounts for orders of 12 or more of the same item.  For some items, the order quantity may be less.  Go to http://www.doomwear.com/member_login.php and sign up to receive these special discounts. Once you’re ready to order email or contact us to apply the discount to your order. We can provide you or group with a discount/coupon code that members can use if purchasing individually online.


What other products do you offer?

Doom Wear Designs offers state-of-the-art digitizing, embroidery, silk-screening, and graphic design services. Whatever design idea you might have for a jacket, shirt, etc, we can make it happen.  Below is a list of some products we offer:

Can I see what the customized item will look like before you begin work on it?

For intricate or detailed custom orders, we can email you a full color proof of the design layout before we begin work on the item.  The layout will match exactly or very close to what the item will look like once it’s complete.  You can make changes or updates to the design and we will apply those changes to order. We may also recommend changes based on our experience and expertise in design (e.g. colors, style of letters, letter size, etc). Doom Wear Designs reserves the right to refuse any design which is considered to be questionable or offensive.


What is your Return Policy?

We will do our best to accommodate you.  But we hope you understand that, due to the nature of our business most of all sales are final. If the item is flawed because of our mistake, Doom Wear will attempt to correct or replace items that have been sent incorrectly, misspelled, or have other damages to the items. The discretion as to whose fault the mistake was is left to Doom Wear and the staff will keep in mind that these are special-order, customized items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail.

**Please note there are no returns or exchanges on custom embroidered merchandise.

If the staff decides to accept the return, the customer must meet these specifications:

·         Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.

·         Returned items must not be worn, washed or mistreated and must be returned in original packaging or equivalent. The product(s) must be returned in new, resalable condition.

·         You must include all packaging materials.

·         Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.

·         You must pay any return shipping expense. (Possibly Reimbursed)

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, we will replace the item(s) or issue credit to your charge account. You may elect to receive store credit towards another purchase. Once again, determination of condition, customized and/or special order, sale items, and the return process will be decided by Doom Wear Designs.


What is you turnaround time?

Extreme rush service may be available on some items at an additional cost*.  For overnight or rush delivery, please call or email us to confirm availability.

In some cases, we cannot speed up the creation process, but we can expedite your shipping method.  If you upgrade your shipping to Overnight you can have your in-stock, non-customized item(s) in as little as 2 days!  You will have the opportunity to choose overnight, 2-day, or 3-day shipping as you checkout.

*Please note that some rush orders can usually be customized and shipped within 3-5 days of the date of purchase. Intricate or detailed custom orders may take longer.


How much is shipping?


Doom Wear makes every effort to provide you with the fastest lowest shipping costs.  Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the items ordered. Items are shipped via United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx the using the lowest cost method.  The actual costs of shipping will be provided in advance to you before you purchase the items. You can also calculate the shipping costs while you shop online. Just provide a mailing zip code and state to calculate costs.


Can I change or cancel my order?


We will be happy to make any necessary
minor changes to your order or layout design until you are satisfied. Requests for changes must be received within 24 hrs after the order has been placed or you can email or contact us to see if the work has begun.  You will be responsible to pay any price difference resulting from the changes.

If you have simply changed your mind, however, and want to cancel your order after the proofing stage (not due to any fault on our part), we will issue you a store credit. Custom manufactured items such as sweaters and letterman jackets cannot be cancelled once production has begun.


What is digitizing?

All Custom Logos go through a Digitizing process (also known as 'Tape punching'). The Digitizing cost will be included in the quote we give you. Digitizing converts artwork into computer data.  We then use embroidery software to interpret the design and stitch the pattern onto fabric on jackets, hats, caps, shirts, bags, gifts, etc.


What is Tackle Twill?

Letters or numbers cut from polyester or rayon twill fabric, commonly used for athletic teams and organizations. Tackle twill appliqués attached to a garment have an adhesive backing that tacks them in place; the edges of the appliqués are then zig-zag stitched. Twill is machine washable and it won't shrink or run.


What is Chenille?

Chenille is a form of embroidery in which a loop stitch is formed on the top side of the fabric. The process uses soft, fuzzy, heavy yarns of wool, cotton or acrylic.  It is created by a chain stitch machine that has been adjusted to form this stitch type (also known as loop piling).  You normally see chenille used on varsity lettermen coats.


Can I send you my own logo or design?

Yes!  All of our items can be personalized with any artwork you would like. Our patches or logos can be personalized with your chapter or other wording you wish to see on the logo.  If you see a design or logo elsewhere that you would like, we can create or digitize it for you.  You can email us the logo, describe it us over the phone, or fax it to us at 949.458.1277.  In addition, you describe it on your order layout form. If you need help in designing a logo we can do it for you or give you ideas on how it can be done.  Doom Wear Designs reserves the right to refuse any design which is considered to be questionable or offensive.


Can I send you my apparel and have it embroidered or customized?

Absolutely!  Contact us ahead of time and let us know what you have in mind.  We will determine if the work can be done and will provide you with an invoice link to pay for the custom work.

Garment(s) must be cleaned before sending them to us for embroidery! We may reject any garment that is not clean.

Of course!  Since 1997, Doom Wear Designs has been providing the finest made college fraternity and sorority apparel around. We use only the finest materials and can design and embroider just about any logo for your chapter, club, or company. We match, shape, design, and sew every meticulous detail with pride making our products the hippest in the business.


What are the different ways I can order products from you?

Below are the ways you can order from Doom Wear:


1) INTERNET: If you see the item you want, you can order it directly via the website. We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover on our secure server.  You can also email your request to us and we will provide you with a link to pay for the order.

2) FAX: You can use the provided form for jacket/shirt layouts. Sketch out what you want on your jacket. Fill out the credit card authorization form. Fax the completed forms to (949) 458-1277.

3) PHONE: Call us at (949) 278-7831. A representative will take your order over the phone. Please have your credit card ready.

4) VISIT US AT A CONVENTION OR TRADE SHOW: You can purchase or order your items at a convention in your area.  Email us to get a calendar of shows and conventions for the year or visit our events page for the latest shows.


How do your sizes run?


Please refer to the size chart for information on sizes. Sizes are given in inches - applicable for both men and women.

The jackets run very true to size, so if you want to allow extra room for a sweater underneath, we suggest ordering one size larger than what you would normally wear.

Sweaters are retro fit so we suggest you go up a size for a more comfortable fit.
